SFTP Reports

Use this integration to push finalized report PDFs to downstream systems through SFTP.

Applies to

• Administrators with Integrations: SFTP permission
• IT teams managing receiving SFTP endpoints

Before you begin

Gather these SFTP details:

• Public IP or DNS name
• Port (usually 22)
• Username
• Remote path/prefix (optional)
• Private key (PEM)

Create SFTP integration

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > SFTP.
2. Select Create SFTP Integration.
3. Enter host, port, user, key, and optional path details.
4. Save and ensure integration is enabled.

Validate delivery

1. Use Send Test File.
2. Confirm file arrives on your SFTP server.
3. Verify filename/path conventions align with downstream workflows.
