- Enter your username or email address.
- Select Forgot password?
- A confirmation screen will appear prompting you to check your email.
- Open the password reset email and select Reset Password.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password.
Ensure your new password meets all displayed password policy requirements.
Once completed, you should regain access to your HeartLab environment.
Change Password from Account Settings
If you still have access to your account and only want to change your password:
- Navigate to Settings from your profile menu.
- Open the Password or Security section.
- Enter your current password and your new password.
- Save the changes.
Administrator Password Reset
If a user cannot reset their password themselves, an administrator can manually trigger a password reset email.
To do this:
- Navigate to Settings → Users & Roles → Users.
- Select the affected user account.
- Under Account Setup, select:
- Reset password
The user will then receive an email containing a password reset link.
