Handheld VPN
Set up a secure VPN connection so handheld devices can send DICOM studies to HeartLab.
Use this guide to connect handheld devices to HeartLab over VPN before configuring device-specific DICOM sending.

Before you begin
- Confirm you have a valid .ovpn profile from HeartLab
- Confirm the device has internet access
- Install a supported VPN client (for example, OpenVPN Connect)
Configure the VPN client
- Install a VPN client from the app store.
- Open the app and import your .ovpn profile.
- Name the connection clearly (for example, HeartLab VPN).
- Connect and confirm the VPN status is active.
